Some of you vegetable lovers just plain out enjoy broccoli. Or the more common of you viewers may enjoy cake, or any cake for that matter. So here’s a great little broccoli cake recipe for you. It’s easy to make, quick, and best of all, it’s a healthy recipe for kids and vegetarians.
Broccoli Cake Recipe:

Ingredients:
Directions:
- Inside a large mixing bowl place broccoli, onion, celery, cilantro, dill wee, tulsi and pepper.
- In a tiny bowl whisk together milk, flour and egg substitute until smooth. Pour mixture over veggies bowl
- Pre-heat oven to 300 levels. Place baking sheet within the oven to warm.
- Place a skillet over medium warmth. Put 1/4 cup of batter into skillet.
- Prepare about ten minutes per side. When brown switch and brown other part.
- Transfer cooked pancakes to baking sheet in oven to help keep warm. Serve warm having a dollop of sour cream on the top.
