This is a great classic pecan pie recipe, simple and easy to make. And perfect for that second pie at Thanksgiving!

- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 1 Cup Dark Corn Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Butter, melted
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 Cup Pecans, coarsely chopped
- 1 unbaked pie shell, 9-inch
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Directions:
- Mix the eggs, corn syrup, butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Spread the pecans at the bottom of the pie shell. Pour in the mixture.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, at 350 degrees F, until the filling is firm. The pecans rise to the top to make a delicious crusty layer.
