This is a traditional Thanksgiving Cornbread Dressing Recipe.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Celery
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 6 Cups Cornbread, crumbled
- 4 Cups White Bread, crumbled
- 1 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Sage
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Thyme
- 2 to 2 1/2 cups Chicken or Turkey Broth
- Sautee the bell pepper, onion, and celery in butter while setting up the rest of the ingredients. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, pouring on the broth and add cooked meat pieces that have been boiled.
- Either, stuff the mixture into the turkey or place it in a greased roster pan, to bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
