Servings: Up to 3-4 cups
Ingredients
  • (1) apple, stoned and cut in two, (OPTIONAL)
  • (1) ripe pear, cored and roughly chopped, (OPTIONAL)
  • (1 or 2) bananas, stems and top removed
  • (1) cup blueberry (fill up cup)
  • (1/2) cup strawberry
  • (1/2 – 1) cup ice (not crushed)
  • (1) tsp sugar, or sugar alternative like sweetener or honey
  • Directions
    1. Blend all of the fruit until smooth.
    2. Serve in glass
    3. For any chunkier texture smoothie, slice additional bananas, put them inside your glass, fill using the smoothie and revel in.
    Simple Directions
    1. Among the simplest shakes I understand: blend 1 cup blueberry with a number of frozen bananas and 1/2 cup of milk (or soy milk). You can include 1 teaspoon of honey to sweeten it (in case your blueberry is actually ripe, you don’t have to do that)
